HOW DO I KNOW IF I HAVE OUT-OF-NETWORK COVERAGE
You may receive partial reimbursement from your insurance company if your plan covers services for “out-of-network providers". Dr. Matthew Diner has partnered with a company called Reimbursify to help patients easily file and receive reimbursement from their insurance. To determine if you have out-of-network benefits, here are a few helpful questions:
What are my out-of-network outpatient mental health benefits?
Is pre-approval required before obtaining out-of-network services in order to be reimbursed?
Do I have an annual deductible and if so, has it been met?
Is there a maximum amount that my plan will reimburse for the following CPT codes: 90791 (initial session) and 90834 (standard session)?
What is the maximum number of sessions allowed per year?
If you have out-of-network benefits, Dr. Diner will provide you with the necessary documentation and support to receive reimbursement from your insurance company.
