Dr. Matthew Diner, PhD, LCSW is a licensed clinical social worker with offices in New York and Florida and has additional licenses in Michigan and Texas. He provides psychotherapy for children, teens, and adults dealing with anxiety, depression, adjustment disorders, trauma and other emotional disturbances and life challenges. Dr. Diner has advanced postdoctoral training in psychodynamic theory and experience that spans a spectrum of effective, active, and collaborative approaches to help you to reach your true self at its best. About Dr. Matthew Diner
Dr. Matthew Diner is a trained psychotherapist and expert evaluator for immigration hardship cases. Prior to private practice, he has worked in several outpatient mental health clinics in New York City as a psychotherapist and clinical supervisor. He has also taught graduate-level social work at Columbia University, City University of New York (CUNY), and Fordham University and has presented his research at peer-reviewed conferences nationally and internationally. |

Dr. Matthew Diner has published and presented on his research on trauma and secondary traumatic stress nationally and internationally. His research has focused on the effects of trauma and secondary traumatic stress as well developing effective means to ameliorate negative stress responses for mental health workers. |
