Telehealth services are available only to individuals physically located in states where Dr. Matthew Diner is licensed to practice.

Immigration mental health evaluations are conducted for the purpose of providing professional assessments and reports for legal immigration cases. These evaluations are not therapy or treatment, and participation in an evaluation does not establish a therapist–client relationship. The outcome of your immigration case is determined by the appropriate legal authorities, not by Dr. Matthew Diner or this practice.
