Immigration Evaluations

Clinically grounded mental health evaluations for immigration cases, including asylum, hardship waivers, VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa, and cancellation of removal. Evaluations are available in English and Spanish with a trauma-informed clinical approach.

Evaluation Process Thoughtful, Thorough, and Legally Informed

Each evaluation is carefully planned based on the specific case type, relevant legal deadlines, the client’s personal history, and language preferences. This individualized approach helps ensure an accurate evaluation that meets legal and clinical standards.
